Parent's Responsibilities
- All necessary forms must be completed and returned to the provider before the first day of care. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- A complete change of clean and well fitting play clothes appropriate for the weather. Please label your child's clothing with their full name or initials. The extra clothing will be kept in a cubby at the child care home. If your child uses all of their clothing and goes home wearing any clothing that belongs to the daycare, please return the daycare clothing a.s.a.p.
- Diapers, Pull-ups, and/or training pants (The provider charges $1 per diaper if she has to supply them)
- Baby wipes and ointments
- Children are not allowed to bring any electronics of any kind to daycare.
- Please do not bring anything from home other than the listed items. The provider will not be responsible for any damage to or loss of books, toys, games, etc. Also if your child brings a toy home from daycare please return it a.s.a.p.
- If a child breaks anything over $20, the parent is responsible for reimbursing the provider for the item.
- Parent's schedules are due every Sunday.
- Bags, blankets and car seats are not allowed back and forth between the child's home and daycare. You will be asked to bring the provider the child's belongings on or before the first day of care. The provider will let you know when the child needs something.
